OwnerSea opens free apartment listings for owners

OwnerSea is moving apartment listings and core booking services to a free model for all sides. Owners can publish any number of apartments without a listing fee.

Owners keep control of each listing, price, calendar and request decision. Guests get an open catalogue, clear terms and the ability to send a request without payment. Rent, deposits and separate charges are agreed directly under the apartment terms.

The model is designed for mass organic growth: more accurate listings make the catalogue more useful, while a useful catalogue attracts more guests and owners without an entry fee. OwnerSea will grow through open apartment pages, local guides, search visibility and direct recommendations.

Free service does not remove identity, listing-authority, photo-rights or accuracy checks. OwnerSea does not guarantee views or bookings; its role is to make choice and direct communication clearer.
